This was a full end-to-end design and build project where Interior Design Build coordinated the design and Resource Consent upfront prior to delivering the build. Particular attention and care were paid to both preserving historic features in the building as well as achieving the client’s requirements for increased meeting room space. Matching the old with the new, New Zealand Rugby were delivered a seamlessly integrated space that works, not just for their current requirements but that will serve them well into the future.
New Zealand Rugby New extension and alterations to existing commercial office space
This two-phase project was undertaken between December 2021 and April 2022. Situated within the iconic Saatchi Building in Auckland’s Parnell, it involved the demolition and fitting out of a new space, followed by alterations to an existing space.
