With over 25 years’ experience in the commercial interior design and build sector working internationally as the Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager on many high-end construction projects, Christopher Watt returned to New Zealand in 2014 to settle and established Interior Design Build in 2020. Since then, Interior Design Build have successfully undertaken several high dollar-value projects throughout Auckland.
Interior Design Build are integrated commercial interior specialists whose experience and expertise enables them to competently handle all parts of your interior commercial construction project. We can design and build your next commercial new build or renovation, or we can manage the project on a build-only basis.

Introducing Christopher Watt
Managing Director and Founder of Interior Design Build
Christopher has over 25 years in the Commercial, Retail and Interior Sector. Combining his expertise as a trained Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager, he will bring to your interior design and build project a passion for high quality and an attention to detail.
As Director of a construction company in London for several years, plus a short stint in property development in Asia, Christopher has worked with award winning architects and high-end retail and commercial clients throughout the world delivering quality refurbishments and commercial fitouts.
Christopher returned to New Zealand in 2014 to settle and raise a family. Forming Interior Design Build in 2020, he has combined experience in General Construction Management and Commercial Fitout Projects.
Interior Design Build offers the experience and expertise of Christopher and his team across all these areas with a keen eye for high quality finishing and tight hold of budgets, the end result being that clients are happy. Christopher loves amazing interiors, with a vision and dedication to delivering each project to the highest standard possible.

Giving Back Based in West Auckland many were affected by the Cyclone and Flooding. Each month we donate to local charities to support those in a less fortunate position. We have a real passion for giving back and supporting our surrounding communities.
