The work comprised the demolition of existing bathrooms while maintaining the existing bathroom configuration and creating spaces with new sleek wall, floor and joinery finishes. The result is a level of quality that is in keeping with the look and feel of the building’s unique design and ambience – something not commonly seen in publicly accessible bathrooms.
During the bathroom fitout, Interior Design Build also refreshed Saatchi’s entrance foyer. This was a small project carefully designed to maintain the quality feel of an inspiring space and involved new floor lacquer, general decorating and new door hardware. The entire project was delivered on time and within budget with minimal disruption to tenants in the building.
