Our Office Fitout and Commercial Construction Process
Christopher Watt, our Managing Director and Construction Consultant will meet with you to discuss your business fitout needs. If you would like Interior Design Build to handle the design work, our Designer will meet with you also.
Based on your brief, we will prepare proposals for you to give feedback on. These are based on creating the most effective office fitout solutions that both suit your needs and sit within your budget.
Once the plans have been finalised and drawn up, including timelines, we arrange for all relevant permits to be submitted and approved. We will finalise your project and present you with a Project Schedule.
We carefully source and recruit the best contractors from our extensive list of contacts which includes only tradespeople and companies that we have worked with previously and trust to work to the quality standards Interior Design Build sets for every project we undertake. A fixed price contract is drawn up once design has been finalised and the budget is meets your requirements.
Throughout the construction stage, we maintain regular communication with you to ensure you are satisfied with each step. At project completion, and as part of the handover, we will walk you through your new space to ensure you are satisfied with the finished fitout. Any additional needs will then be resolved and completed to enable your business relocation. Minor defect rectification will be completed in a timely manner.
