This demanding 12-week build-only project involved the demolition of an existing office space and commercial fitout of extensive new offices. Completed over two phases, it required careful planning and execution in regards to noise transfer and enabling adjacent tenants had ongoing access to their spaces. Finishes were simple, relying on open spaces and the building’s historic design features for form and function. Textured coatings were used in the hallways, with polished concrete flooring and exposed roof rafters offering up a loft-like space that First AML had requested as a collaboration workspace. The commercial fitout project was delivered on time to the complete satisfaction of the client.
